Modern Breast Cancer Management: From Early Detection to Targeted Therapy with International Standards in Lao PDR
Vientiane, Lao PDR – Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane, the first private hospital in Lao PDR to achieve Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation, continues to elevate its healthcare services with the official launch of its Breast Cancer Center on March 20, 2026.
The Breast Cancer Center has been established to provide a comprehensive continuum of care—from early screening and accurate diagnosis to personalized treatment—supported by advanced medical technology and international collaboration.
Dr. Wattana Pareesri, Hospital Director of Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane, stated:

Officially launched on March 20, 2026, the Breast Cancer Center represents a significant milestone in strengthening comprehensive, modern, and internationally standardized cancer care services in Lao PDR.”
