Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane Partners with APA to Elevate Laos' Healthcare System Effective from July 15, 2025, a strategic collaboration between Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane and APA Insurance (Phongsavanh Insurance) will come into effect, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 10, 2025, in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

The primary objective of this partnership is to enhance the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of healthcare and health insurance services across Laos. Key elements of the collaboration include:

Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane will:

• Provide medical services utilizing advanced technology and medical innovations

• Transfer medical expertise and best practices

• Support the development of Laos' public health capacity

APA Insurance will:

• Offer comprehensive health insurance coverage to the public

• Facilitate the use of insurance benefits for accessing medical services

The MOU signing ceremony was witnessed by senior executives from both organizations, who jointly affirmed their shared commitment to improving the quality of life for the people of Laos and establishing a strong foundation for a safe, accessible, and high-quality healthcare system.
